We spoke exclusively with a key source in The Game's camp who explained how the two superstars came together. The source told MediaTakeOut.com, "[Game] contacted [50 Cent's management] and asked if he could record a track. At first they refused, but in the last few weeks, they've changed their minds." The insider continued, "[The Game] is set to go into the studio this week ... he's pretty excited about it."
And that's not all. According to our source, The Game may be on the verge of re-joining with G-Unit. The insider explained to MediaTakeOut.com, "Both [50 Cent] and [Game] are businessmen. It would be great for both of them if Game were to return to The G-Unit ... No deal is signed yet, but they're talking about it - and both sides are interested in making it work."
Outside of 50 Cent, The Game has been the most successful member of G-Unit. His debut album sold nearly 6 million copies. That's more than Tony Yayo's (700,000 copies), Young Buck's (2 million copies) and Lloyd Banks' (2.5 million copies) debut albums combined.

RAPPER LIL FLIP ARRESTED

July 22, 2007. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Houston rapper Lil Flip was arrested for credit card fraud. With the charges filed, police are alleging that Lil Flip used a stolen credit card to purchase hundreds of dollars of merchandise.And what "merchandise" was charged to the stolen credit card. Sources tell MediaTakeOut.com that the stolen cards were used to purchase gasoline, miscellaneous items of clothing and internet pornography. Right now, it's not clear whether the pornography depicted gay or straight acts.Lil Flip, whose real name is Wesley Weston, turned himself in to police yesterday afternoon. The 26 year old rapper was released on $2,000 bond and is scheduled to be in court on Monday.EDITOR'S UPDATE: According to the Houston Chronicle, the charges were filed in connection with a $671 airline ticket. According to a source, JD and Wow Bow have been working on Face Off, a collaborative album with Omarion. Well, I heard they got into an argument an Bow Weeezy bolted from the studio, in a Bentley no less. Now over the past weekend, it was So So Def Weekend in Atlanta. I heard Wow Bow skipped everything! I did a lil‘ research and didn’t find any pics of the pup either. I have to admit, I heard that Wow Bow’s new album is pretty darn good, so we’ll see.
